If you read the introduction you would know this course covers survival over a WIDE RANGE of disaster situations. even in the zombie apocalypse Non infected people can be a danger to you to. If you don't have an open mind you can miss out on things that might save your life. but ultimately the best self defense tactic is whenever possible don't get into fights, run! on the subject Remy Presas once said. "you might call me a coward, but I'm still alive and eating steak and lobster."
-Stand up

Phase 2: Is defensive blocking system which uses a numbered Angle of attack system Like Filipino martial arts, to understand and identify an attack, were its coming from, and how to deal with it. MAXIMIZING your CHANCES of defending an attack.
- A mixed block system consisting of karate, krav maga, escrima, and wing chun concepts.
Phase 3: Teaches Muay Thai principles. “The right tools, For the right job” this section expands your Striking vocabulary a bit further. Knees and Elbows can be used to devastating effect in close range. Your legs are much stronger than your arms, so put them to use. straight kicks can put distance between you and your attacker, anyone who's experienced a leg Kick can tell you it really Hurts. It can also slow, or even break the knee of an attacker, and Kick to the liver can drop some one like a sack of potatoes. No flashy spin kicks, just pain.
- knees
- elbows
- straight kick
- roundhouse.
As in survival situations and combat, you have to be able to adapt and change your strategy when your first one doesn't work. Ground Game can do that. when fighting someone with more reach its probably not a good idea to stand there and throw blows with them. In the real world many fights don’t always stay on their feet. when it goes to ground know what to do. this also becomes important in situations where you may need to restrain or incapacitate someone quickly without a prolonged altercation. But there's a time and a place for everything, given the situation.
Take-downs.
- double leg
- hip toss
- sweep
- arm throw.
Submissions and chokes, consisting of
- Rear naked
- arm-bar
- triangle
- guillotine
- knee-bar.
-Weapons Training
In any confrontation you want the advantage that weapons give, or maybe your attacker is armed. We go over how to deal with and be proficient with several types of Melee weapons. Some of the attack and defense principles taught earlier are from Eskrima. Which is a weapon based system that translates to empty hand. so you will find that much of what’s already been taught applies to the use of many basic weapons. This section will teach Attack, defense, and Disarms with:
- Machete
- Knife
- Axe/Hatchet
- Improvised
-Intermediate martial arts Concepts
This section takes What you've learned from the Previous sections and turns them into a chess game. Go beyond step one, punching or blocking an attack, and learn what to do next. start thinking about being one step ahead of your opponent, faking them out or tricking them into to doing what you want them to do. this also teaches the change in target priority needed in life or death situation. As well as talking about using the appropriate methods in the Appropriate situation.
Efficient self defense based concepts.
- Vulnerable target areas and points
- Bursting
- Chain Drills
- Bridging techniques
These things never guarantee you are an invincible bad ass. It just increases your chances. Some knowledge is better than none. The last and most important principle. Is Practice, Practice, Practice! people might look at you crazy but they wont think it's so funny when they get mauled and you survive. Its easy when your alone to just run over things in your head and shadow box or something. the more you do that, the more your techniques become habit. that means you will execute them without thinking. and that quick reaction time is what will save your life.
